Feedback from our Spring Term 2026 Parent Survey on 'Belonging & Engagement':

f723c86a 3044 4acc b3f0 1a0b999730e0

On behalf of the Governing Body, I would like to thank all parents and carers who took the time to complete the recent survey. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and it is heartening to see such strong levels of positivity across the school community. Parents consistently highlighted the warm welcome at the gates, the approachability of staff and the strong sense of belonging that Hayfield Cross continues to foster.

We also appreciate the constructive suggestions shared. These insights help us refine and strengthen what we do, and the leadership team will continue to build on this feedback over the coming months. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our parents, children and the dedicated staff who make Hayfield Cross such a vibrant and welcoming community.

Your feedback helps us grow, celebrate what we do well and keep strengthening the partnership that sits at the heart of our school. Together, we continue to build a place where every child and family can thrive.

Thank you once again for your ongoing support.
